What happens if an item's estimated delivery date falls during a customer's absence from town?Updated 8 months ago

All Plush + Oak deliveries are scheduled directly with the customer. Once your order lands in your city, you will be contacted via telephone by the freight team to set up a delivery window (4h window). 
If the estimated delivery date for your order happens to be during a time when you are out of town, please rest assured that the delivery carrier will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date and time that aligns with your availability. As such, you have the flexibility to arrange for delivery anytime within the week after it has landed. Please note that if the delivery company needs to hold the order longer than a week, they will begin charging storage fees. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order within the delivery week.
