Thank you for your interest. Plush + Oak is a custom manufacturer of luxury salon furniture. We make each item in-house with our upholstery team to our customer's specifications. We do not carry stock items. 

If you require your order ASAP, please consider upgrading your order to a "Rush Order" which speeds up manufacturing time of Salon Beds from 6-8 weeks (standard), to 3-4 weeks (rush) for an additional $217 fee (per bed).

Do you offer ready to ship items? 

If you have not received a tracking number yet, your item is still in production and being manufactured by our upholstery team. Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Please see production/manufacturing timeframes below: 

Salon Beds
Standard Production: 6-8 weeks after order is placed. 
Rush Order Production: 3-4 weeks after order is placed. 

Accessories
Accessories are completed 3-4 weeks after order is placed.
If purchased with a Salon Bed, accessories will ship together with the bed.

What is my order status? 

Yes, there are three ways customers can save on their purchases with Plush + Oak. 

1. Bundle Pricing
Bundle all salon beds, accessories, and other items into one transaction and take advantage of bundle pricing on pillows, and protection covers when purchased with a Salon Bed. 

2. Take advantage of our Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery fee
For orders under $6500, we offer flat rate delivery per state if items are purhased within the same transaction. Add unlimited items within one transaction to take advantage of the one flat rate. 
For orders over $6500, we offer free freight delivery. 

3. Enterprise Discount
For orders of 3 beds or more, use code: PLUSHOAKENTERPRISE to save 5% on each Salon bed.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! We want to empower our customers to make a confident choice in their material selections and offer swatch samples complimentary. We want all customers to see each shade, and material in their space and to touch and feel the quality that Plush + Oak offers.

Once your order is manufactured, and has passed final inspection you will receive a tracking number once it is picked up. You may use this to track the shipment to your city. Once the freight team has arrived in your area they will call you set up a delivery day and window with you directly via the phone number on your customer file.
