How do I track my order?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your order then goes into production. Once your order is completed, and freight pick up is arranged, you will be sent a tracking number as well as the freight carrier's website in order to track your package.


Please note: Your freight shipping number must be tracked through the freight company website, and not through Shop App. Accessories which are sent through UPS may be tracked through the shop app. 


Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
