Plush + Oak Salon Furniture Warranty

Thank you for choosing Plush + Oak for your salon furniture needs. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty information carefully.

Coverage Period:

Our warranty covers upholstered goods for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the customer location. 

Covered Items:

Our warranty covers the following aspects of our furniture items:

1. Frame defects: Any structural issues or defects in the frame of the furniture.

2. Suspension integrity: The integrity and functionality of the suspension system within the furniture.

3. Stitching and seams: The quality and durability of stitching and seams on all furniture items.

Exclusions:

1.        Plush + Oak Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, fading, staining, cracking or peeling or any acts of nature, such as, fire, water damage, freeze, etc.

2.        Wrinkling of vegan leather on the seating surfaces of all chairs is normal and is not a defect. All chairs will progressively do this with age and use.

3.        Staining or discolouration of chair vinyl due to normal wear and tear, caused by client clothing (dye in jeans, skirts etc), use of hair colour, tint, bleach, or steam, heat, or spills is not covered under warranty. Please see our material care guide to ensure to keep your materials pristine. 

4.      Any fading due to exposure of sunlight is not covered under any circumstances.

Claim Process:

If you believe your furniture is experiencing issues covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your proof of purchase, order number, and a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or added accessories of the affected furniture item.

Limitations:

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the furniture and is non-transferable. Any modifications or alterations to the furniture made after delivery will void the warranty. Plush + Oak reserves the right to inspect and verify any warranty claims before approving repairs or replacements.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Plush + Oak shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our furniture, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
