How do I cancel/return my order?Updated a year ago

Our cancellation/return policies are as follows:

Salon Furniture
All Salon Furniture (salon beds, and stools) are custom made items and cannot be returned for any reason. If you need to cancel a custom made order our timeframes are as follows:
Within 24h of initial order - Full refund
Within 48h-7 days of initial order - Full refund minus a 25% restocking fee. 
After 7 days - No Cancellations. 

Accessories
Accessories are returnable within 30 days from time of customer receipt. Shipping fees for any returns are at the expense of the customer. When sending a return please include all items in their original packaging and include your order number within the shipment.
